Senior, one of the largest developers specialized in management technology in the country, has just launched the senior X platform. Fully aligned with the design thinking methodology, the solution's main function is to assist companies in their digital transformation processes.

The new platform will be adopted as the basis for all Senior's products, aiming to maximize the user experience, to provide increased productivity, agility and competitiveness. In its development, more than R$ 80 million were invested in R&D in the last two years, there was the involvement of approximately 400 Senior employees and, in addition, the clients themselves contributed to the construction of the solution.

With the new platform it will be possible to integrate systems in a very fast and simple way. “Senior X will enable the creation of a self-sustaining solution development ecosystem where customers, partners and independent developers can add new components and offer them to the market”, says Senior Development Director, Jean Paul Vieira.

According to the executive, innovations in the digital market have made customers less and less dependent on consultants for their implementation. “A project that would require six months of implementation and consulting can now be completed in weeks by the client. Based on this reality, we think about practical and integrated solutions. Senior X brings us even closer to the client, which leads us to understand more quickly and objectively what their needs are”, says Vieira.

The executive points out that this is the first corporate solution in Brazil based 100% on micro services, providing the customer with new functionalities faster. “The new platform makes it possible to integrate with customers' legacy systems and even third-party systems in a very simple and intuitive way. As a result, he gains time by having the autonomy to organize the work flow on his own”, observes Vieira.

Senior X also incorporates artificial intelligence, allowing for greater decentralization of systems to non-specialized users, as well as automation components that notify systems, people and things (machines and equipment connected to the internet). “Alongside this, we implemented Machine Learning algorithms to provide information that make our customers' decisions faster and more assertive”, he adds. “Sara, our virtual assistant, interacts with people answering questions in real time and bringing productivity when executing user commands”, he adds.
