From now on, companies that use HCM and Access and Security solutions through the channel become part of the company's portfolio
 
One week after announcing the 12th acquisition in its history, Senior, a reference in business management solutions and one of the main ERP suppliers in the country, announces yet another expansion movement. This time it acquired the customer portfolio of ERB Sistemas de Gestão, the company's first distribution channel. The negotiation does not involve the other services of the brand, which continues to act in consulting, auditing and customization of software, for example.
 
With the purchase, about 50 companies that use HCM (people management) and Access and Security solutions are now served directly by Senior's professional structure.
 
According to Alencar Berwanger, director of New Business, the acquisition seeks to get closer to customers and strengthen the region. “ERB was a great partner and we want to continue the work that it had been performing in our portfolio in a vertical manner. We leave these clients with the certainty that our team will be available to support them in solutions and services, towards the digital transformation ”, he highlights.
 
From now on, Senior starts to act directly in support of the company's customers who acquired their solutions through ERB, which is no longer a distribution channel for the company.
