Senior, a national supplier of management software, announced the acquisition of Senior Unit Minas Gerais, which acted as a distribution channel for the brand's solutions in the region. With the operation, the company wants to accelerate its presence in the state of Minas Gerais, which today already represents one of the largest markets for the company.

With the acquisition, Senior assumes the portfolio of 245 clients served until then by the channel. “The operation should bring revenues of approximately R$ 13 million in the first year and represents an opportunity to expand our offers to new and current customers in Minas Gerais”, says Carlênio Castelo Branco, CEO of Senior. “The state of Minas Gerais currently represents the third largest GDP in Brazil, behind only the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and has important companies in segments such as agriculture, industry and services, fundamental in the company's growth strategy”, adds Hermínio Gastaldi, Market director at Senior.

Senior operates with one of the most complete portfolios of solutions for business, people, logistics and access and security management, serving companies of the most diverse sizes and profiles. The company, headquartered in Blumenau (SC), currently has around 1,200 employees, distributed throughout Brazil, through branches, offices and business units. In addition, the group has more than 150 consultants and around 100 distribution channels throughout the country.
