On March 13, ABES promoted a new event to present the Bradesco Saúde Insurance, in force since August 1, 2013, which was made possible by Caixa de Assistência das Empresas de Software e Serviços Complementares do Brasil (CAESBRA) and A2G Corretora de Insurance. 25 associated companies have already joined the plan, with more than 850 lives, including partners, directors, employees and their dependents.

“The last performance was very positive. Representatives of 16 associated companies attended and all were very interested in the program. We had many questions, which contribute to a better understanding of the Health Insurance program. It was very useful”, says Alexsandro dos Santos Calhau, technical director of A2G Corretora de Seguros. Savings for members of the entity can reach 40%, with quality services and nationwide coverage, according to the executive.

A much questioned aspect during the presentation was in relation to readjustments. Calhau explains that the reassessment always takes place in August of each year and is based on two factors: medical inflation (increase in the cost of medical services provided) and the loss ratio (use of services), which occurs when the entire group presents a use greater than 70% of the total paid in the year.

Calhau explains that each participating member is sent a monthly report on the use of the company and the entire ABES group, which lets him know if the readjustment is close or not. “Today, the result of the policy is 43% of claims, demonstrating that we are well below the limit for readjustment, which is above 70%”, he highlights. Currently, hiring a health plan has become a fundamental benefit, with wide coverage of treatments, defined by the ANS - National Supplementary Health Agency, the sector's regulatory body.

“This is a great opportunity for all members, especially for micro and small businessmen, who cannot afford high health expenses or who have a small staff”, highlights Carlos Sacco, marketing director of the association. .
