Santander Brasil and F1RST Digital Services opened 100 job vacancies exclusively for people with disabilities. All positions are for the city of São Paulo (SP), 25 for the Bank, in the Vila Olímpia headquarters building, and the other 75 for the Group's technology company, in the Interlagos region. Salaries are up to R$ 4,500, plus benefits for Group employees, and professionals with or without experience will be selected. 

At F1RST, successful candidates will go through a three-month learning journey, with some of the best technology schools on the market, to work as Technology assistants in the following areas: Service Desk, Developer, Data and Governance. The qualification ranges from basic concepts of the Bank's systems and applications to the practice of data protection and governance. 

The 25 vacancies at Santander are allocated in the areas of Operations, Data, Governance and Customer Experience. These professionals will also have an exclusive training path for each area of activity. 

Candidates must be over 18 years old and have completed high school. The working hours are from 9am to 6pm and the work model is hybrid, with three days in person and two remotely. 

Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint will be considered as differentials. Professional experience in the area is not necessary, so it is very important that the candidate is very curious and willing to learn. 

The vacancies are part of the Santander Group program called “Skills have no limits”, whose objective is to promote professional inclusion, generate opportunities and identify people who wish to make their career migration or who already work in the areas involved.
