Trailblazers can now easily unlock the latest advancements in personalization, online learning, artificial intelligence, productivity, mobile apps and IoT to deliver smarter, more personalized customer experiences:
 
•          myTrailhead: With the launch of myTrailhead, a new and modern continuous learning platform, Salesforce extends its gamified online learning platform to allow each company to customize the environment with its own content, branding and appearance, all with a simple drag-and-drop interface. . myTrailhead reinvents corporate learning and enablement at every stage of an employee's career journey – from custom onboarding trails to company-specific enablement skills.
 
•          myEinstein: Administrators and developers of any skill level will be able to build custom AI apps across Salesforce – with clicks, not writing code – through two powerful new machine learning platform services: Einstein Prediction Builder, which enables customers automatically build custom AI models that can predict results for any Salesforce field or object; and Einstein Bots, which can be trained with service histories and CRM data to quickly and accurately respond to common customer queries, resolve routine issues, and seamlessly transfer the matter to customer service agents if required. be necessary.

Salesforce also announced the Quip Collaboration Platform, which allows teams to collaborate faster and more interactively on a document in real time.
