Salesforce, one of the leading CRM companies in the world, has just announced myTrailhead, a solution that allows you to reinvent corporate training and learning. The company launched Trailhead in 2014 with the mission of creating a gamified online learning platform so that anyone can develop the skills needed for jobs in the Salesforce Economy. Now, with myTrailhead, the platform is being expanded so that companies can personalize the learning environment with their own content and brand, adding integration trails and specific training skills for their team.

- Trail Maker is a configuration tool that allows you to create private and personalized content in a few clicks. Companies can create and write their own materials or customize those found in a previously selected library of public Trailhead content. It is now possible to develop personalized content for sales training, best practices for customer service professionals, integrations for new employees and much more.
 
- The Trailhead Profile gives a complete view of all the skills and knowledge of an employee. In the profile of each one you will find the Trailhead badges already conquered, the accumulated points and the skills developed. Awards and ratings add gamification to learning and professional progress. When employees want to switch jobs or work on special projects, managers can get a complete view of each person's skill set for recruiting internally.
 
- The Trail Mixer allows you to create and share collections of personalized learning paths, called Trailmixes, which can be created with public content from Trailhead, with personalized material from the platform or from external sources, such as videos or slide shows.
 
- Trail Tracker is an application that uses gamified rankings to motivate employees and allows managers to assign and monitor learning across the company. As the employee earns badges and reaches new milestones, the ranking displays its position in comparison to colleagues.
 
- Trail Checker classifies and rewards learning by creating interactive challenges, designed to assess skills, such as tests and hands-on activities.
