Platform will connect sales, customer service and marketing services

Salesforce and Dell Technologies have just announced a strategic technology deal. Extending the relationship between the two companies, Dell Technologies will expand the use of Salesforce applications in sales, service and marketing, market leaders, as well as the CRM platform, which has just incorporated Einstein's Artificial Intelligence. The solutions will be used by thousands of Dell Technologies employees worldwide to increase the success of their customers.

Salesforce will introduce a flexible platform for integrating sales, service, marketing and more to ensure a more holistic experience for Dell Technologies customers. Dell Technologies customer service centers around the world will have access to the Einstein Service Cloud, which will be incorporated into the Sales Cloud framework.
 
In addition, companies will use Dell Boomi, the leading native cloud connection platform, to transfer large volumes of data quickly between the two companies.
