Leader in the integrated accounting market, payroll and payment systems, the English company Sage has been expanding its operations in Brazil, through the accreditation of new partners in strategic regions. In view of this goal, the company approved the São Paulo consulting firm Inovage and is already reaping the fruits of this joint work.
 
Inovage's commercial director, Marcos Correa, explains that the partnership is about to complete seven months, and proves to be a success. “We are looking for a solution that is a market reference, and X3 is the best solution available in the world for controlling and accounting applications”, he argues.
 
As an example of the success of the partnership, the director cites customer satisfaction with the product: “They are delighted with the tool and highlight the efficiency of financial management. They also praise the practicality of the administrative operations and the ease of use of Sage X3 ”.
 
According to Correa, customers are looking for software to help shield against the difficulties faced by economic instability. "Companies realized that they cannot just wait for government actions to overcome the crisis, and they see the purchase of good software as a way to get ahead of the competition," he says.
 
To be able to commercialize the system, Inovage went through an international training process, a Sage standard for new partners. The training and homologation lasted about four months. Today, the company has an exclusive structure for customer service and consultancy.
 
Growth
 
The possibility of offering a cutting-edge product to buyers motivates the Inovage team: "We are optimistic and intend to achieve a growth of 50% per year for the next three years, gaining 12 new customers per period". The goals are also possible due to the work profile of Sage, on which the commercial director of Inovage highlights the focus on results and the “customers for life” philosophy, which values the good relationship with the partner, in addition to the achievement purchase.
 
Sage X3 offers a wide variety of built-in functionality to support all core business processes, with minimal IT resources and investment.
