Rodrigo Ladeira is the new Marketing Director at SONDA, one of the main Latin American IT services companies. He arrives to lead the areas of brand positioning, demand generation, communication, relationship marketing, market intelligence and events.

The executive will respond locally to Affonso Nina, CEO of Grupo SONDA Brasil, with matrix reporting to Alberto Merino, Vice President of Business Development for Latin America.

"SONDA has been expanding the frontiers of disruptive technologies, using IoT, analytics, RPA and cloud in traditional IT services. Ladeira joins our team to expand cross selling and upselling; always looking for innovative solutions as a way to bring more productivity and revenue to our customers ", comments Merino.

SONDA's new Marketing Director has 20 years of experience, having worked at Ingenico, where he served as Marketing Director for Latin America for the past two years, BT Group, Ericsson and Flextronics. The executive has a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, specialization in Communication from the State University of Santa Catarina, and an MBA in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

"SONDA has the largest portfolio of IT solutions in the market and has been showing strong growth rates. The task of orchestrating an adequate strategic planning with the correct application of the marketing mix is challenging and, at the same time, an incredible opportunity, given such an extensive portfolio ", evaluates Ladeira.

SONDA recently reported revenue growth of 6.8% in the first nine months of 2019 across Latin America, reaching a consolidated revenue of US$ 836.2 million, with emphasis on Brazil, which grew by 13.7% in weight Chilean.
