Grupo Rodonaves expanded its partnership with TOTVS, the largest technology company in Brazil. The company expanded the portfolio of solutions it uses, adopting tools from Feedz by TOTVS, aiming to improve its HR strategy, providing employee development and engagement.

With more than 40 years of experience, Rodonaves has a team of more than 10 thousand direct and indirect employees throughout the country. In order to guarantee well-being and the best human capital management practices, the company adopted the TOTVS RH Climate and Engagement, a system that allows the creation and application of climate monitoring surveys, which have gamification, communication and mood monitoring resources, generating data to connect and stimulate team engagement. On a single platform, it is possible to generate communication, collaboration and exchange between them.
The tool also integrates natively with TOTVS RH Objectives and Targets (OKR), which allows you to monitor the performance and evolution of employees throughout their journey, and it is also possible to monitor business objectives and the status of each goal at all levels, providing alignment between the company's strategic guidelines.
A TOTVS customer since 2017, Rodonaves already uses the ERP TOTVS Backoffice – Protheus Line, a solution that provides the digitalization and automation of all administrative processes, ensuring efficient management of the operation. And also, from TOTVS RH – RM Line, which automates personnel department routines, such as payroll and time. The company also has the My HR APP, which provides mobility for managers and employees to carry out HR routines in a simpler and more efficient way.
