Van Horn is an accomplished and recognized CIO with decades of global IT leadership experience at public and private companies across diverse industries, including financial services, manufacturing and retail. Van Horn's extensive technology experience includes leadership roles at American Express, JP Morgan, Jo-Ann Stores, Office Depot, Haggar Clothing Company and Victoria's Secret.

Prior to his appointment at Rimini, Van Horn served as senior vice president and CIO at NCH Corporation, where he led critical initiatives to renew IT infrastructure, refine business processes and drive innovation across the billion-dollar, 100+ organization. years of existence.
