Ramo Sistemas, a national company focused on solutions for small and medium businesses and an exclusive SAP partner in the sale of the SAP Business One ERP, has just opened the Vila Velha Business Unit (ES) for the sale of licenses, implementation and support of the solution SAP. The strategy is to invest in a partner with high performance, competence in the Brazilian ERP market and regions with growth capacity. In Vila Velha, the joint venture was signed with Tecpleno, a partner of Ramo Sistemas in the region, which will now also act as the Branch Vila Velha Business Unit.

The new Branch Vila Velha Unit is part of the company's geographic expansion strategy and helping local companies to create business opportunities, through centralized management, with the implementation of SAP Business One. “The Vila Velha team has experience in implementing ERP in the retail and pharmaceutical sector, qualified professionals with knowledge of the regional market and customer needs, contributing to our growth plan and national performance in various industry segments,” he says. Vila Velha is the second largest industrial center in Espírito Santo, after the capital Vitória. In addition to industries, the municipality is an important tourist icon, with 32 kilometers of coastline. The Branch Vila Velha Business Unit plans to work for companies that need a management solution with process feasibility and better cost-effectiveness. “Ramo's strategy of investing in the opening of the Business Unit in Vila Velha will favor the development of new businesses and increase the customer base in Vitória”, comments xxx, director of the Business Unit Ramo Vila Velha.

SAP Business One meets a new market demand that demands quality management and processes at affordable prices. “With the Business Units established in several Brazilian municipalities, negotiation is closer to the local reality of small and medium-sized companies by offering flexible, high-quality management software that is easy to negotiate”, explains Krakauer.

Krakauer clarifies that the Business Units are not partners of Ramo Sistemas. "We are increasing the partnership to support the growth and sustainability of our businesses, sales channels and customers." He justifies that the new representatives are structured partners, with consolidated customers, in-depth knowledge of SAP Business One and the region in which they operate.

The company also plans to expand these Business Units to support the growth goal given in recent years. Currently, the company operates with a network of 170 partners. These channels are distributed in 50 cities in Brazil, serving the main regions, supporting customers from 12 market verticals. These are the Food, Agribusiness, Medicines Distribution, Dairy, Distribution and Logistics, Sports Clubs, Retail, Oil & Gas sectors, as well as startups from various segments.

Tecpleno was founded in 2013 as a partner of OKI Brasil and is a provider of hosting, cloud computing solutions and software focused on the retail sector. The partnership with Ramo Sistemas for the sale and implementation of SAP Business One in xxx expanded the company's offer to the pharmaceutical sector.
