Serasa Experian and Kimberly Clark opportunities are distributed in several locations in Brazil 

More than 1.38 million jobs were created between January and August this year, according to the Ministry of Labor's New General Register of Employed and Unemployed People (Caged). This good perspective for those looking for a job also extends to students: the companies Serasa Experian and Kimberly Clark have launched their own internship programs which, together, have 76 vacancies and applications can be made between October and November 2023. 

At Serasa Experian, datatech, leader in intelligence solutions for analyzing risks and opportunities, focusing on credit journeys, authentication and fraud prevention, there are 45 vacancies aimed at students with higher education in Data and Technology, Finance, Marketing, Law, Economics, Product Management, among others, and graduation scheduled between June 2025 and June 2026. The company offers a complete development path to train interns, in addition to the possibility of continuous progression. At this stage, the initial remuneration is R$ 2,150, reaching R$ 2,850 in the 13th month of operation, linked to the individual development assessment, with the possibility of becoming effective from the 9th month, according to the performance assessment. The majority of vacancies are to work in the hybrid format (91%) and the others are for home office (7%) and in-person (2%). The positions are distributed between the cities of São Paulo (SP), São Carlos (interior of the state of SP) and Brasília (DF).

The internship program at Kimberly-Clark focuses on professional development and diversity among candidates. In the last two years, the company has invested more in actions to attract and develop diverse talent and is adopting the hidden selection process to increase the team's diversity. There are 31 vacancies distributed in different areas, with locations in São Paulo, Suzano, Camaçari, Belém, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Fortaleza and Porto Alegre. Since the change in the recruitment process, the company has hired 74% of female professionals and 48% of black professionals. In July 2023, the program selected 57% women, 57% black and mixed race, 57% LGBTQIAPN+ and 14% non-binary. 

Interns participating in the program also participate in multifunctional projects and, so that these professionals fully understand the company's business, online immersions are carried out in the areas, taught by employees who work in them.
