Vivo's Internship Program opens around 500 vacancies and 50% of them are exclusive to black talents

The opportunities are for 11 cities in the country. English and experience will not be required. Neither There is no age limit, no course or university restrictions 

The Vivo Internship Program has around 500 vacancies open in 11 cities across the country: São Paulo (SP), Belém (PA), Belo Horizonte (MG), Uberlândia (MG), Brasília (DF), Curitiba (PR) , Porto Alegre (RS), Recife (PE), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Joinville (SC) and São José (SC). As a commitment to providing an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment, the company is dedicating 50% of opportunities exclusively to black talents. The selection process will be online.

Those interested in competing for one of the vacancies must be university students, studying the penultimate or final year of higher education or a technology course. Vivo is looking for candidates who have a curious profile and are open to new things, interested in developing as a professional, as well as enjoying technology. English and experience will not be required. There is also no age limit, nor course or university restrictions.

“We want to develop these new talents so that they have a good professional trajectory, with many opportunities”, highlights Niva Ribeiro, VP of People at Vivo. Therefore, the company prepared a training trail especially aimed at this audience, which is made up of themes based on the company's collaborative digital culture guides: openness, digital attitude, curiosity and making things happen responsibly. Furthermore, it will feature relevant topics such as the development of behavioral skills; methodologies and tools; culture and diversity; business; history and culture of Vivo.
