Prodesp – Technology Company of the Government of the State of São Paulo, published on March 13th the call for proposals to pre-qualify companies interested in offering software development and maintenance services. Providers will participate in the dispute in the form of Electronic Auction, with the lowest price.
The unprecedented option invests in improving processes and also boosts the IT production sector – as it makes the competition fairer and more transparent, diversifies competition and increases the chances for companies of different sizes and segments to participate in the event and present their innovative solutions to the Company.
The chosen initiative is in line with the guidelines established by the Secretariat of Management and Digital Government and meets the objective of the technology company, which aims to contribute to the State's digital transformation process.
Prequalification
As defined by the Company's rules, companies that apply for pre-qualification will be divided into eight groups, according to the different technologies and knowledge required. To increase competitiveness and the participation of more companies in electronic bidding, it will be possible to qualify for one or more groups.
