In this edition, digital transformation projects can also compete


The Learning & Performance Brazil Award, which recognizes the best practices in talent development, learning management and people performance, is open for registration until May 20.
The novelty for this 17th edition is the introduction of a new focus: Business Digital Transformation, which expands the scope of the award that already evaluates projects in five other themes: Learning, Performance, Learning & Performance, Learning & Performance Ecosystem and Extended Corporate University.
Business Digital Transformation projects will be evaluated according to five stages: Ambition, Design, Delivery, Scale and Review. The assessment is carried out using a questionnaire, which must be answered by the project managers. Subsequently, subscribers will receive a diagnosis to make adjustments. 
The Learning & Performance Brasil Award is organized by the Institute for Learning & Performance Brasil and MicroPower, with institutional support from ABES and other organizations and associations. "ABES has institutionally supported this award and now, with the inclusion of digital transformation projects, we have expanded the possibility of registration for all members", highlights Francisco Camargo, president of the association.
