Porto Digital has open enrollment for Mind the Minas, a program that supports the emergence of new innovative businesses undertaken by women, through the Women in Innovation, Business and Arts (MINAs) program, a gender equality initiative in the park, with support Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovations and Communications. In the call, 12 new ventures will be selected, which can be startups, creative ventures, nascent companies, impact businesses in the initial phase or with operating business models. Mind the Minas' activities will be carried out in a virtual environment, lasting 10 weeks of immersion in interaction techniques and current knowledge about entrepreneurship.
Mind the Minas is based on three pillars: training plan, mentoring and connections. In the first point, participants will have access to workshops that deal with topics such as market analysis, business models and agile management. At the same time, they will also be accompanied by a team of mentors made up of professionals from the Porto Digital innovation ecosystem. Finally, it is this same multidisciplinary environment that will be the stage for immersion and articulation with the actors of the technological park.
