Development opportunities are for full and senior levels; internship registrations go until 1/20 

THE Plusoft, one of the largest customer experience companies in Brazil, has open opportunities for technology professionals, with different specialists and seniority levels.

For positions that already require experience, the company has the following opportunities open:

Java full stack developer, full level - The professional will aim to develop APIs for chatbot platforms and participate in the development and support of several products.

For this position, the minimum requirements are two years of experience with Java and WEB development (HTML, Javascript, CSS), in addition to knowledge in the Spring Framework, related databases (Oracle or SqlServer), JSF and Angular, among other requirements.

Java full stack developer, senior level - The specialist sought for the position must have at least six years of experience with Java, WEB development (HTML, Javascript, CSS) and advanced understanding of JSF and Angular.

Knowledge in CI servers (Jenkins or Bamboo), kubernetes, Docker and agile methodologies are differential for the vacancy.

Python developer, full level - The developer will work in the product development squad for customer service and social media monitoring, supporting the development of new features.

CVs of candidates with more than two years of experience and who, in addition to Python, have knowledge in languages such as Django, CSS, HTML, Javascript and Linux will be evaluated.

Internship program 2021 

The company also has open enrollment for its 2021 Internship Program, which seeks to develop and train students who are looking for their first professional experience.

In this edition, which has registrations until January 20, the company offers five places for students who are studying from the 3rd semester of any degree related to the area of Technology.

Environment that promotes development 

The selected talents will start at the company in February in the home office format until the end of the pandemic. After the immunization period, the adopted model will be hybrid, and during three times a week the work will take place remotely and in the remaining two days the activities will be carried out at the company's office in São Paulo.

In the case of approved students, they will participate in an internal training and development process. “We created a development grid, personal marketing, how to behave in meetings, home office etiquette, coaching and training of our tools”, says Evelyne Ferrari, HR director at Plusoft. According to Evelyne, this is the third cycle of recruitment and selection of interns. “In the last editions, most of the talents were put into practice,” she celebrates.

All professionals who join Plusoft have access to training on the company's virtual tool. In addition to having an environment that promotes talent development, with online courses through the Edusense platform, Plusoft's edtech, Plusoft hires its talents based on the CLT regime.
