The study, which is in its fourth edition, heard 803 companies from all regions of the world and, according to the interviewees, 69 million new jobs will be created and another 83 million eliminated by 2027. digitization will be the main drivers of turnover in the labor market.
The study highlights the importance of cooperation as a key factor in dealing with global risks. Turning its attention to professional development, the document suggests a growing urgency for the requalification revolution. In this sense, companies reported that skills gaps and the inability to attract talent are the main barriers to transformation, showing a clear need for training and reskilling in all sectors.
