After a year of strategic alliance, companies expand technical and commercial synergy to accelerate the adoption of smart technologies in the private sector and critical infrastructure in the country.

After a year of strategic collaboration, Delfia, a digital journey curator, consolidates its partnership with Huawei, a global leader in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and smart devices, expanding its presence in Brazil's digital infrastructure ecosystem. The alliance combines Delfia's strong presence in field services and technology, reach, and expertise with the robust portfolio of Huawei, currently the leading provider of information and communication technology in the country.

With over 25,000 points of presence nationwide, Delfia already operates in environments such as banks, public schools, telecommunications operators, and retail. Building on this installed base, the partnership with Huawei is advancing smart city projects, such as public Wi-Fi networks with the new Wi-Fi 7 protocol—developed by Huawei itself—and smart retail initiatives, with the brand's equipment being tested in pharmacy chains and gas stations.

It was a natural fit. Huawei found in Delfia a partner with reach, efficiency, and an approach that goes far beyond product sales, with growing commercial and technical synergy. We offer complete solutions, with delivery, curation, and end-to-end operations.", explains Rodrigo Bocchi, founder and president of Delfia.

"The partnership with Delfia represents a strategic step to expand our presence in the Brazilian private sector with agility, technical excellence, and widespread reach. Delfia's expertise in curating digital journeys and its ability to deliver end-to-end projects add real value to our operations. Together, we are connecting innovation to our customers' realities and contributing to Brazil's digital transformation across multiple fronts, such as telecom, retail, and smart cities," says Ricardo Matsui, director of Huawei Brazil.

The partnership represents not only a new revenue stream for Delfia, but also a strategic step in consolidating the company as a leading integrator in the digital infrastructure market. Furthermore, 25 professionals are dedicated exclusively to Huawei within Delfia, with certifications in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales. Some of the training is provided through the Delfia Corporate University (UCD), in addition to in-person training and training offered by Huawei itself.

"We've been implementing Huawei solutions in the market for over five years. This track record of delivering highly complex services caught the attention of the manufacturer itself, which approached us last year to join forces," notes Carlos Frias, Infrastructure Sales Manager at Delfia.

Delfia is also already working directly on 5G projects for telecommunications operators, providing technical support for antennas and infrastructure swaps. Executives emphasize that, with recent macroeconomic impacts and the increased competitiveness of Chinese products, the partnership is likely to gain even more traction in 2025.

"Huawei became self-sufficient in components after the US embargo, which strengthened its production chain. Our products have proven to be as efficient or more efficient than American or European ones, and more competitive. This paves the way for commercial expansion," Bocchi assesses.

One of Delfia's key differentiators is its ability to operate vertically, from solution curation to technical delivery. Instead of simply reselling products, the company offers solutions as a service (Opex), ensuring flexibility for customers and avoiding downtime and waste.

"Our focus is to deliver efficiency with intelligence. We work with premium products, but with a radical approach to waste reduction. This is what the market demands today: high performance with rational investment to avoid wasted resources," concludes Rodrigo Bocchi.
