Since 2016, the company from Santa Catarina Paradigma has carried out an accelerated process of expansion and growth, when it received investments from BRDE with BNDES lines aimed at innovative companies. At the time, the resources were used to modernize the Web Business Center (WBC) platform, technology for managing negotiations and electronic relationships that gives rise to all the company's business units.
 
Considered the most complete on the market, the platform is completely modular and serves projects in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and on premise models. With the renewal of its offerings, the company started with a turnover of R$ 12 million in 2016, reached R$ 15 million in 2017 and plans to reach R$ 20 million in 2018, when it turns 20.
 
And, an important recognition to the company's strategy comes from INBRASC - Brazilian Institute of Supply Chain, which in an event held on June 7, brought together in São Paulo suppliers, executives and procurement, SRM and supply chain projects indicated by the market vote to receive the “INBRASC Award”. And, for the second consecutive year, Paradigma was recognized by the direct vote of users and executives as the best system of purchasing and technology for the marketplace of 2018. Participants in the choice are representatives of national and international companies, such as Coca-Cola, Bayer , Walmart, Vale and Carrefour.  
 
“The Paradigma SRM 360 platform has been increasingly perceived by the market as a comprehensive, robust and adherent technology for servicing trading portals and managing electronic relationships between companies and their supply chains. The virtualization, automation and optimization of purchasing processes and the management of the supply cycle and the provision of contracted services, has brought much more governance with 100% traceability of procedures and decisions, gains in the acquisition of goods and services that exceed an average of 10% of savings on traditional negotiation processes and a reduction of around 50% in the time it takes to meet demand ”, comments Gérson Schmitt, founder of the company.
 
In addition to the award received by Paradigma, two of its partners operating in the segment were also awarded at the event. Smarkets (SP) is triple champion as Supplier of the Year INBRASC 2018 in the BPO category, and Simbio (RS), as the best Purchasing Consultancy.
 
Paradigma's technological platforms have already supported more than R$ 1.5 trillion in transacted business, surpassing the mark of 400 thousand users served, in more than 25 sectors of the economy. Its market penetration is specializing the offers of the company that operates with four business units - 1. Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM); 2. Platform for the management of Public Procurement Portals integrated with Materials and Heritage Systems (e-GOV); 3. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and; 4. The Clicbusiness Network that operates horizontally, providing sourcing services integrated to the SRM and Public Procurement units.
 
The Clicbusiness Network enables collaboration between buyers and a community of more than 300 thousand suppliers, offering sourcing services to approximately 1,300 purchasing units connected to Paradigma's procurement portals and SRM platform, which generate 500 thousand purchasing processes and more than one million orders, worth more than R$ 30 billion.
