Oracle do Brasil announces that, as of October 1, the company's local office will operate in a new structure located within the PUCRS Science and Technology Park (Tecnopuc) in Rio Grande do Sul.
Oracle will be on the second floor of the Inovapucrs Business Condominium, a space without walls and close to students and researchers linked to technology and innovation. The intention is to bring Oracle closer to other companies in the sector, mainly startups, stimulating the constant exchange of knowledge and interaction in the largest technological creation hub in the South of the country.
The creation of the space, in addition to modernizing the work environment of employees and improving service to the company's customers, encourages innovation by bringing Oracle closer to students, researchers and specialists through the exchange of experiences and knowledge.
Participating in the inauguration of the office Rodrigo Galvão, president of the company, the rector of PUCRS, Sr. Evilázio Teixeira, the University's Innovation and Development Superintendent, Jorge Audy, the director of Tecnopuc, Rafael Prikladnicki, and local authorities.

Tecnopuc represents all this in one place and, for that reason, we are here. This is the face of Oracle”, highlights Rodrigo Galvão, president of Oracle do Brasil.
For Jorge Audy, Oracle's presence at Tecnopuc further qualifies the Park's innovation ecosystem, expanding the possibilities of synergy with other partners installed on site and partners within the scope of the Porto Alegre Innovation Alliance.
Rafael Prikladnicki adds that Oracle represents the continuous work of developing the environment, with companies of all sizes. “It is a multinational that has come to value even more our 15 years of work in favor of entrepreneurship and innovation, and that will generate countless opportunities for our students and for our entire ecosystem in a broad way”, projects the director of the Park.

The PUCRS Science and Technology Park (Tecnopuc) encourages research and innovation through simultaneous action between academia, private institutions and the government. Companies of different sizes, entities and research centers of the Institution itself are based on the two sites: in Porto Alegre and in Viamão, both in the State of Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil.
