Omie, a cloud management platform for SMEs, announces the opening of another franchise in the capital of Pernambuco. With the launch, the company, which has already raised more than R? 100 million in investments since its foundation, registers its 7th unit in the Northeast.
For the director of franchises at Omie, Élida Queiroz, this opening is the first step in a year of intense growth. "Our expansion strategy is strong and we focus on our presence in the four corners of Brazil - wherever accountants and entrepreneurs are, Omie should be there. By the end of this year we will reach a number of 150 franchises across the country", details the executive. "We are talking about a market of approximately 13 thousand accountants and 36 thousand SMEs in Recife. It is a market with a lot of potential and with unlimited financial management and incentives for entrepreneurial education, the region can emerge in the generation of jobs and business opportunities", concludes.
Omie's own units are managed by teams set up by the company. They serve as hubs that bring together accountants and entrepreneurs in strategic regions and act as innovation laboratories to test new ideas and formats that can later be adopted by franchisees from all over Brazil.
The company will also take to the Northeast, for the first time, the We Are Omie, event of entrepreneurship, innovation and accounting which aims to promote the exchange of experiences and training on new technology tools and best practices in business management for entrepreneurs and accountants. The event takes place in May 7th, at the Classic Hall, in Recife Antigo, and is the only one in Brazil to bring together entrepreneurs and accountants. The audience is expected to be 700 people.
