Omie seeks startups to invest through its investment arm

Platforms that complement Omie's ecosystem with solutions for entrepreneurs and accountants are on the scale-up radar

Omie.Ventures, Omie's investment arm, is looking for companies that offer software solutions for physical retail to compose the group of startups invested by the management platform (ERP) in the number one cloud in Brazil. Potential investee companies are expected to have complementary solutions to Omie's ecosystem. The possibilities for agreements range from minority investments to complete acquisitions.

ConferIR, G-Click and Mintegra are already in Omie.Ventures' investment portfolio, the last of which was acquired in its entirety by Omie in 2020. In addition to the amount invested, companies receive support from Omie through strategic discussions and opening doors in the market. The scale-up that also generates value for investees through the generation of leads coming from its base of 58 thousand customers and the transmission of know-how in the software segment.
