Located at the São Paulo branch, in the Bresser neighborhood, the space has several thematic islands: POS solutions, supermarkets, drugstores, cash-and-carry stores, department stores, mobility, self-checkouts, self-service (kiosks) and management solutions. The newly opened space offers a comprehensive and practical view of the solutions individually or jointly.
In addition to the tools applied in different environments, it is possible to test the software's functionalities in an integrated manner, for example, the Autocom Suite, which brings together the SIAC storefront software, the TEF software - Scope electronic funds transfer and the Automanager availability management. The solution can run on all devices, from the supermarket checkout POS to the Tabway POS, a POS solution that runs on a tablet. “A visit to our showroom will clearly show customers why OKI Brasil is the best and most complete 'one stop shop' supplier of commercial automation in the country”, says Flavio Montezuma, sales director at OKI Brasil.
The space is focused on showing the viability of solutions for medium and large retailers, who can benefit from the advantages of technology integration made available by OKI Brasil.
It is also possible to learn about the structure of the OKI Brasil Service Center, with helpdesk and availability monitoring areas (Command Center), laboratory areas and the distribution and logistics center. The offers of maintenance and availability management services are strategic, as they allow OKI Brasil to offer services that ensure a high level of availability for the IT infrastructure of retail customers throughout the country.
