The OAB SP Special Committee on Combating Piracy holds a meeting on combating piracy in the software and TV market on November 10, at 7 pm, at Praça da Sé, 385, in São Paulo. by subscription.
The meeting will bring together speakers who will address practical cases, the industry's view and the judiciary. Representing the software sector, the specialist lawyer in business law applied to Informatics and in copyright, Manoel do Santos, legal director of ABES; and Antonio Eduardo Mendes da Silva, country manager of Business Software Aliance - BSA, an international association that works to combat piracy and define public policies to promote technological innovation and economic growth. Participation is guaranteed by donating a can or packet of whole milk powder (400g) upon registration.
