THE NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, a company of the group NTT DATE, announces an agreement signed for the purpose of acquiring Aoop, a leading company in the implementation of ServiceNow in Brazil. The terms were agreed between the companies and the conclusion of the deal will take place after approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
Founded in 2017, Aoop serves clients across multiple industries with a focus on accelerating automated digital strategies. With Aoop, NTT DATA will expand its presence in the Latin American ServiceNow solutions market, adding capabilities with another acquisition recently made in England, which focused on strengthening this offering in Europe and the United States.
