ABES gathered associates and guests for dinner on March 26, at the Cataloup Restaurant, in São Paulo, to swear in the new members of the entity's Deliberative Council, honor the new ambassadors and ambassadors of the Brazil, Digital Country Movement and announce its Ethics and Compliance. The event featured a presentation with a preview of the 2018-17 Market Study Panorama and Trends, held by Jorge Sukarie, Chairman of the Board, who welcomed the guests (look here).

This can be done in view of the fact that, annually, the association holds an election to renew one third of its deliberative council. “This is a way for us to revitalize the association and prepare for a new year of services dedicated to companies”, comments Francisco Camargo, Executive President of ABES. The new directors are: André Sussumu Iizuka (Jotatei Serviços de Informática), Antônio Eduardo M. da Silva (Business Software Alliance do Brasil), Benjamin Quadros (BRQ Soluções em Informática), Fernando Arakaki (Add Value Technologies), José de Miranda Dias (Magna Sistemas), Lauro de Lauro (Style and Content), Moyses Levy Liberbaum (CSC Brasil), Neide da Silva Leite (Input Center Informática), Rodolfo Fucher (Femp Administration and Participações) and Rodrigo Jonas Fragola (Aker Consultoria e Informática ).

Already Irecê Kauss, head of the Products Department of the Planning Area at BNDES (National Development Bank), announced firsthand that, as of April 2018, the BNDES card, which works on the revolving credit system, will also finance the purchase of custom software.
