The new version 3.0 of the Practical Guide on Hiring Information Technology Solutions was published on August 23 by the Ministry of Planning, Development and Management. The Guide brings together a set of good practices for hiring Information Technology (IT) Solutions by the Federal Public Administration and should be used by more than 200 member bodies of the Information Technology Resources Management System (SISP).
The Guide will assist professionals in carrying out the activities, as it details the processes, activities, artifacts and actors involved in hiring IT Solutions. The publication helps agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration to plan the hiring of IT goods and services, in order to use them to leverage their operations and deliver the desired results. A relevant document for companies doing business with the government.
The Information Technology Contracting Center (NCTI) team identified the need for changes in the general aspects of the Digital Governance Strategy (EGD) and in the strategic bias for the bodies of the Information Technology Resource Management System (Sisp) . Updates were also made to the templates – document templates – and two new ones were created, namely: Capacity Plan and Contract Management History.
