The wide range of connected devices and the continuous growth of information that needs monitoring brings to light adverse situations of overload to operators, causing physical, financial and environmental damage. In this context, problems in the management of alarms are commonly seen in many industries, for the reason that they are created freely in SCADA systems, generally without a corporate policy and in a disorganized way, without even counting the identification of their degree of urgency.

In order to escape this reality, Elipse Software has developed a new technology that facilitates the detection and combating of possible problems that may put an entire industrial process at risk. Elipse Alarm Manager (EAM) manages the life cycle of alarms related to mining processes and data research, indicating which actions must be taken to obtain a better operational performance.

EAM historically analyzes alarms, detecting how many are being generated per day, hour or even second in the system. In addition, it allows viewing data from different domains of Elipse E3 or Elipse Power in the same environment, so that the user can cross information and browse it to find out how to optimize management.

The software also has reports and filters developed specifically to find risks and overloads in SCADA systems. It is worth mentioning that EAM can be accessed via the main browsers and in the most varied screen sizes.
