Company starts hosting part of its IT infrastructure at Alog
Grupo Nexxera, a technology solutions company for the financial and commercial market, chose to outsource part of its Information Technology infrastructure to Alog Data Centers do Brasil. The partnership is part of Nexxera's strategy to reach revenue of R$ 1 billion in three years. With Alog, one of the main operators of IT services in Brazil and a member of Plataforma Equinix, a global data center interconnection company, the company aims to create a contingency environment to support this growth.
“The goal is to increase the environment and also transform it into load balancing with our main data center by 2017”, says Rodrigo Clemente, infrastructure director at Grupo Nexxera. “Our goal is to reach R$ 1 billion in revenue by then, so we need a robust IT infrastructure to support this growth. We believe that Alog will be a great partner in this journey”, he adds.
The Nexxera Group's environment is hosted on the Alog website in Tamboré, using the colocation, which was also a differentiator for the company. “This data center has already received around R$ 112 million in investments and is Tier III, which guarantees international quality and safety standards. This feature is essential for Nexxera, as all financial data that passes through the system must be protected”, says Rodrigo Guerrero, commercial director at Alog. “We are prepared not only to accompany, but also to contribute to the growth of this partner in the coming years”, concludes the executive.

The company has more than 400,000 companies connected to its network and has large customers in various sectors, such as retail, banking and telecommunications.
