Nexus, the innovation hub of the São José dos Campos Technological Park, selects startups and projects for its incubation and acceleration program until September 30, 2018. The objective is to give space to ideas for new businesses.
Entrepreneurs with ideas still on paper can participate to young companies already established. Candidates will go through two stages of evaluation, business model and power of execution, in addition to workshops and pitch (presentation).
While incubation is focused on young technology-based companies, acceleration is focused on digital startups, with great potential to grow quickly. The incubation program lasts up to two years and the acceleration program lasts up to one year.
Nexus is aimed at stimulating and creating new ventures based on innovative businesses with high added value and with a technological base, which preferentially operate in the following areas: aerospace, automotive, agrotechnology, electronics, energy, fintech, information technology, internet of things, industry 4.0, environment, smart cities and health.
A highlight of this selection is the possibility for the candidate to apply even if he/she does not yet have a CNPJ (company) constituted. Proposals can come from any city.
