New embedded AI capabilities and product innovations help businesses reduce data silos, gain insights, and improve productivity

THE Oracle NetSuite NetSuite, Inc. today announced a series of AI-powered capabilities and new product updates across the suite to help Brazilian organizations increase efficiency and seize new opportunities. The latest innovations include powerful new generative AI capabilities built into NetSuite, with Portuguese language support, as well as new pre-configured solutions, third-party integrations, enhanced user experience features and product localizations to help businesses address compliance.

To help Brazilian customers gain more value from their data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities and increase productivity, NetSuite is introducing innovations across the suite. The latest capabilities for businesses in Brazil include:

  • NetSuite Text Enhance: NetSuite Inc. helps businesses in Brazil leverage generative AI with Portuguese language support to create and refine contextual, personalized content using relevant, company-specific data from NetSuite for tasks in finance and accounting, supply chain and operations, sales and marketing, and customer support. As a result, customers can increase productivity, reduce human error, improve consistency, and accelerate business processes.
  • Generative AI for SuiteScript API: Helps businesses in Brazil quickly introduce new AI-powered capabilities and gain more value from the suite by enabling them to embed Portuguese-language generative AI capabilities into NetSuite extensions and customizations. As a result, customers can quickly complement NetSuite’s out-of-the-box AI capabilities with AI-generated capabilities to meet their unique business needs.
  • NetSuite Field Service Management: helps companies in Brazil deliver seamless field service experiences for customers and employees by combining scheduling and dispatching, inventory management, preventative maintenance, and customer asset management into one mobile app. This enables customers to improve communications between field and office teams by streamlining scheduling and dispatching, automating inventory and customer asset management, and increasing real-time data visibility.
  • NetSuite Connector for Shopify: helps joint customers in Brazil eliminate manual data entry, reduce costly errors, and avoid delays by automating data transfer between NetSuite and Shopify’s business-to-consumer ecommerce and point-of-sale applications. As a result, customers can quickly handle order refunds and cancellations, increase order fulfillment speed, improve inventory visibility, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • SuiteSuccess Retail Editions: Helps retailers increase visibility into financial and operational performance, optimize inventory, and improve order management across channels. Retailers can leverage industry-standard, out-of-the-box functionality with SuiteSuccess Standard or Premium Editions to connect order and sales insights across the entire inventory lifecycle. It also helps meet local invoicing, tax, and reporting requirements, and automates financial processes such as supplier invoice creation, invoice capture, and bank payment consolidations from subsidiaries in Brazil.
  • Advanced Locations: helps businesses in Brazil increase productivity, reduce costs and meet compliance by extracting data directly from NetSuite and automatically generating SPED tax files. With the support of SPED EFD-Reinf in NetSuite, customers in Brazil can process this tax obligation efficiently, with advanced localizations built into NetSuite, and easily submit to the IRS.
  • Oracle Redwood Design System: helps businesses get things done more efficiently by delivering a modern user experience across the suite. With Oracle’s award-winning application design system in several widely used areas of the suite, including dashboards, lists, and forms, customers can further increase productivity.
