Rimini Street Support Helps Accelerate Innovation

Nadro has a complex and highly customized infrastructure, with a hybrid and integrated deployment of SAP S/4 HANA, Business Suite 7 and SAP HANA database in the corporation and its 17 distribution centers. As part of an enterprise-wide cost optimization initiative, Nadro's IT department thoroughly investigated the source of various expenses within the group, and SAP maintenance and support costs were immediately flagged as candidates for further analysis. After a robust due diligence process to identify and select the best independent support provider with a proven mission-critical model, Nadro has moved to Rimini Street and can now accelerate its efforts on new innovation projects in its business.

In addition, Nadro now also receives guaranteed support from Rimini Street for its current versions of SAP software for a minimum period of 15 years, without the need for updates or migrations imposed by the manufacturer.
Rimini Street supports a wide range of SAP products, including SAP S/4 HANA, Business Suite 7 (which includes ECC6), BusinessObjects, HANA database, and the Sybase product family.
