For the accreditation of service providers, the Ministry expects collaboration from companies to define specifications for software, hardware, connectivity, training and technical support

 

The Ministry of Health submits for public consultation a set of requirements and technical specifications to compose blocks of modular services, with the objective of computerizing Basic Health Units (UBS) throughout the national territory. The Ministry intends to accredit companies to provide services, according to the basic specifications stipulated in Public Consultation Notice No. 1/2017, which should consist of providing all means for implementing and maintaining the technological infrastructure, including technical requirements for implementing Electronic Citizen Record solutions, such as e-SUS Primary Care, in addition to specifications for hardware and connectivity, training and technical support .

The Specification Book will be available until March 20, 2017.Criticisms and/or suggestions may be sent via electronic message to the following email address: informatizacaoab@saude.gov.br, in the period from March 3, 2017 to March 20, 2017.

A face-to-face meeting open to the participation of interested parties will be held on March 20, 2017, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, at the Emílio Ribas Auditorium, located on the ground floor of the Headquarters Building of the Ministry of Health, located at Esplanada dos Ministérios, Block G, Brasília – DF, when suggestions and criticisms of the specifications may also be made. In addition, clarifications will be provided regarding the object of the public consultation.

The computerization of health systems is one of the management priorities of the Ministry of Health. The objective is to integrate the control of actions, promote the correct application of public resources, obtain data for the sector's planning and, above all, provide greater access and quality of assistance provided to the population, making service more efficient. The measure will also help to reduce costs, avoiding, for example, the duplication of exams or medication withdrawals.
 
Public consultation at SUS
 
The Unified Health System - SUS uses the mechanism of "Public Consultations" to collect contributions, both from specialized sectors and from society in general, on the policies and legal instruments that will guide the various actions in the field of health in the country.

The public consultation tool opens up the possibility of a broad discussion on various topics in the health area, allowing you to participate and contribute to the construction of the Brazilian health system. Through public consultation, the document preparation process is democratic and transparent to society.

Public consultations are divided by subject, the documents are public and in order to contribute to them we request your prior registration, which enables subsequent communication, if necessary, aiming at clarifying or removing doubts about your contribution.
