Brazil is the only Latin American country that will host the event

Microsoft will hold on January 19 and 20, 2016, the Cloud Roadshow, in São Paulo. The event is free and will offer around 90 lectures given by international experts from Microsoft. “Cloud computing is an increasingly present reality in the daily lives of consumers and IT professionals while, for Microsoft, it is a strategic priority. At a time when professionals and organizations are still exploring the potential of this new paradigm, this event aims to train these professionals and prepare companies to make the most of this transformation”, comments Richard Chaves, Director of Innovation and New Technologies at Microsoft Brazil.
 
Among the other topics that the sessions will cover are: security, Open Source, storage, containers, DevOps, networking, Internet of Things, unified communications, identity, web, collaboration, management, hybrid cloud and much more.

Participants will be able to choose to attend specific audience sessions such as: communications, data, desktop, tools and processes, IT and cloud infrastructure, platform application, mobility and security. In this way, they will be able to specialize and deepen their learning in areas of specific products and services.
 
At the end of the first day of the event, it will also be possible to interact with Microsoft engineers and experts and with the technical community of MVPs (Most Valuable Professional) experts.
 
The lectures will all be in English and will have simultaneous translation. Brazil is the only country in Latin America that will host the Microsoft Roadshow. There will be a total of 12 cities in the world, where more than 20 thousand people will have access to best practices and specific training for the cloud scenario.
