Metasix, specialized in multichannel service automation and cognitive computing platforms, has been developing a line of bots and chatbots with humanized behavior for service in all business segments. The devices can be employed in any interactive activity. To this end, the company created a laboratory for the design, prototyping, testing and mass production of bots and chatbots with flexible configuration and enriched with machine learning resources, which guarantees the constant improvement of its performance.
 
Metasix has a team of 50 specialists in IT and digital business in its São Paulo and Brasília units, focused on technological development and innovation and focused on offering Artificial Intelligence solutions. In a period of two years, the company has been investing around R$ 3.5 million to evolve its omni-channel service platform, called "Cube", which also makes use of integrated chatbots.
 
In addition to these functionalities, the Cube platform already incorporates SAC features, technical support, online or over-the-counter sales assistant, and customer services or citizen service in digital city solutions. Cube also has intelligent online or centralized data analysis and process management capabilities for all types of business, whether in the corporate, financial or public sphere.
 
The platform also offers historical reports, query status and real-time services and feeds analytical solutions to optimize business strategies or improve user experience.
 
Metasix's new bots – baptized as MetaBots, – already operate on some clients in their own corporate environments or integrated with social media, such as Facebook Messenger, Telegram and Twitter. Soon the company will also make versions available for WhatsApp Enterprise.
 
According to Metasix's Operations Director, Cleiton Jorge, MetaBots can be optionally offered as a modular structure, presenting interface facilities for "white" intelligence, with connectivity and scalability to integrate into the customer service structure and social networks.
 
In this most basic configuration, the focus is on bringing flexibility and activation agility to customers who prefer to use their own teams to integrate bots into their business processes and service platforms.
 
Also according to the executive, the company expects a greater demand for bots configured and "trained" with business rules developed by Metasix to operate and cooperate in specific business areas. For this offer model, Metasix has pre-molded frameworks and software components, which have already been tested and used in several critical areas.
 
Among the verticals already contemplated and being activated in the national market with the offer of MetaBots are one-to-one service in e-commerce environments, Hospital SAC services, request and management of demands for public services, management of contacts with students in higher education networks, consumer relations in retail chains and partnership management in franchise chains.
 
According to Cleiton Jorge, Metasix's Bot Factory was created to meet a gap in the market for multichannel solutions manifested by new customers and by traditional Cube users; one of the examples comes from citizen service projects for government agencies, where the expectation is to reduce operational costs of the more than 30 million annual services operated through the Cube platform.
 
The executive also emphasizes that one of the great differentials of MetaBots is to articulate historical information and online interaction with the customer to make communication increasingly personalized and focused on the purpose of the contacts, for quick interaction and an excellent experience with its customers/users. . "Our MetaBot is able to analyze a context and perform a complete service within the configured intentions. If it is an unknown intention, the bots direct the contact to a human assistant correctly selected for the problem in question. With this, it optimizes time , reduces human error in the information provided and generates added value for the brand/company", he concludes.
