Mesfix wins Santander startup competition

 

Mesfix, fintech that works with crowdfactoring to facilitate the cooperative financing of small and medium-sized companies through the advance of receivables (factoring), was announced as the winner of the 3rd Fintech Venture Day, held by Santander InnoVentures, a fund created in London by the Santander Group to invest in applied technology companies to finance, in partnership with IE Business School and Accenture.
 
 “Winning the Fintech Venture Day duel in São Paulo was a fantastic achievement. We face excellent competition, which shows how financial innovation is thriving in Latin America,” said Felipe Tascón, CEO of Mesfix.
 
The competition was held in São Paulo in early May, along the same lines as previous stages held in Madrid, in March, and Tel Aviv, in April. The other finalists selected to perform during the competition were LabsBank, Mutual, Planejei and Venture Buff.
