Event has institutional support from ABES and members will have discount on registration
 

The ABVCAP 2018 Congress, promoted by the Brazilian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (Abvcap), will bring together on June 4 and 5, at Hotel Unique, in São Paulo, the main players in the Private Equity, Venture and Seed Capital industry to discuss with the participants the main trends and challenges for the participation market in the coming years.
 
Once again the event will have the institutional support of ABES and, as members of a supporting entity, its members will have a discount on registration.
 
In this year's edition, the program features themes such as the evolution of the Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE&VC) industry, a revolution in the digital world in consumer relations, macroeconomic balance in Brazil and in the world, regulatory landscape, investment flow from from a political-economic point of view, transactions Cross Border, among other topics.
 

During the Congress, the Association, in partnership with Spectra Investimentos and Insper, will present an unprecedented study on the return on investments in the industry. The study called "Historical Performance of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry in Brazil" aims to present an overview of the performance and the importance of this industry in generating value and developing a sustainable economy.
 
The Congress will also be the stage for the launch of other research and publications including, such as the consolidation of data from the PEVC industry in partnership with KPMG and the update of the Best Practices Guide for Investments in PEVC.
 

Qualified international investors will open an agenda for assistance in a private room during the event, favoring access to updated information on available resources and potential negotiations.

 
An event that is becoming traditional in the Brazilian market, this ABVCAP Congress aims to strengthen the relationship between members of the investment community in a long-term perspective, both at the national and international levels, providing a favorable environment for debates and that contributes to intensifying operations. Brazil, when compared to other developed markets, still has a lot of room for a significant increase in investments made by the funds, in all modalities (seed, private equity and venture capital).
