Magic Software, provider of application development and integration platform, announces the new version of Magic xpi with new adapters for integration with ServiceMax (Salesforce-based platform for managing field team activities) and OData (Open Data Protocol), plus updates to SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics CRM connectors.

With the release of the version, the company hopes to increase business in the Brazilian market, where integration projects for legacy, cloud and mobile applications have boosted business, according to Rodney Repullo, CEO of the company in Brazil. “With more than 100 ready-to-use connectors to ensure data communication between applications and leading technologies, the new version expands this capability, which helps our integration partners drive business forward by delivering robust and efficient projects. Our expectation is to grow around 30% this year, due to the market heated by the need to integrate legacy, on-premise, cloud, hybrid and mobile applications”, says the executive.

Rodney Repullo also highlights the technological evolution in several sectors, such as Industry 4.0, predictive analysis and Internet of Things projects as factors that are also collaborating with the growth of the integration market. For him, the need to ensure that applications work together only increases with the large volume of new applications implemented by companies.

“Magic xpi has more than 30 active integration partners in Brazil, with more varied projects in different segments. Its ease of use, versatility and speed with which it delivers integration projects are the factors that motivate our partners to choose it as their default platform. With the new version, corporations now have an even more robust integration environment with more possibilities”, emphasizes Repullo.

Improvements in the Magic xpi version include:

• New connector for quick and easy connectivity with ServiceMax.

• New OData connector to ensure connectivity to ecosystems to deliver services through standardized open protocol.

• SAP Business One Connector: Enhanced to support SAP Business One HANA and support additional services. The enhancement complements the already validated SAP ERP connector for S/4HANA.

• MS Dynamics CRM Connector: New advanced features have been added.
