LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network with more than 225 million users, opened its own headquarters in São Paulo, just over a year after its arrival in the country. Currently, there are 13 million Brazilians connected to the network, which places Brazil as the third largest market in terms of user numbers, behind only the United States and India.
 
“With this new work environment, we will be able to integrate our team and our customers even more, while supporting the company’s growth plans in Brazil and in the region”, explains the general director of LinkedIn in Brazil, Osvaldo Barbosa de Oliveira. , on the 1,700 m² structure, located in Pinheiros, São Paulo. 
 
The new office also marks the beginning of Brazil as the headquarters for Latin America. The first activities begin with the Marketing Solutions area. “LinkedIn considers Latin America to be an important region with great potential, and wants to fully meet the needs of local companies. Now, with a focused team and an established headquarters, it will be even easier to reinforce LinkedIn's presence in these countries”, concludes the CEO.
