ABES is one of the supporters of the Latam Retail Show 2017, the most complete retail event in Latin America, to be held from August 29 to 31, at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo. The entity's associates will have a 15% discount at the congress and free admission to the fair.
Latam was born from the combination of events previously organized by the GS& Group, they are: Latin America Retail Forum, Retail Real Estate, Redesign, Digitailing and International Franchise Forum. The project aims to combine the major events that were already consolidated in the market into a single mega-event, with strategically relevant content and a large exhibition area for suppliers of products and services that present solutions and favor networking and business execution.
This edition of the congress, which will bring together leaders of the largest retailers to discuss opportunities and alternatives, has as its theme "New Cycle", with reference to the period of economic uncertainties that deeply impacted retail and to the new cycle of thought that must be introduced by the professional of retail to maximize results.
Big names in the sector have already been confirmed, such as Abílio Diniz, president of the Boards of Directors of Península Participações and BRF; Artur Grynbaum, CEO of Grupo Boticário; Flávio Rocha, president of Riachuelo; Edgard Corona, president and founder of the Bio Ritmo-Smart Fit Group; and Luiza Helena Trajano, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Magazine Luiza.
