Kryptus Announces More Than 30 Jobs for Technology Professionals

Company adapts to the "new norm" of recruitment to face shortage of skilled labor in IT and social isolation

To meet the increased demand for information security services driven by the massive adoption of the home office, Kryptus, a company specializing in encryption and cyber security, has more than 30 vacancies open for professionals with experience in various areas of information technology. There are opportunities for software developers, technical coordinators and pre-sales, among others. Adapted to the "new normal", the selection process is all online and focused on remote opportunities.

“Many companies have had to move to remote work without proper planning. As a result, the demand for the services and solutions offered by Kryptus has increased considerably”, explains Roberto Gallo, CEO of the company. “In addition, we are in the process of internationalization. We have established a base in Switzerland to serve markets in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. The expansion of our workforce also aims to meet our expansion plan”.

Regarding the company's recruitment process, which adopted the home office about four months ago, Gallo explains that there are advantages and disadvantages. “Hiring qualified IT labor in Brazil has always been a challenge. We have already opened vacancies for professionals from other states to work remotely before the pandemic. Now, with no forecast of resuming the face-to-face routine, we have decided to expand opportunities for permanent remote work, with the objective of including more candidates”, says the executive.

Requirements for each role vary by specialization profile. For senior and full Software developer positions, higher education in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related areas is required. Candidates for technical coordinator may be specialized in Information Security or Avionics.
