Johnson & Johnson in São José dos Campos is selecting technicians trained in Information Technology and related areas to be part of its “Team Z”, a training and development program for professionals who are entering the job market. The goal is to capture talents by contributing to their training. Candidates from all over Brazil with full technical education can participate.
The selection is made through an innovative selection process, which has become a global reference for the company and has as a key principle the use of Hackathon - marathon of challenges that allows not only to test the technical knowledge of the candidates, but also the behavioral skills .
Registrations can be made until 23:59 on January 26 through the link http://goo.gl/forms/wYzULErguE. The first phase of the selection process comprises a logical test that will be applied on January 27, at 8 pm, in São José dos Campos, in two locations (Etep Faculdades and Universidade do Vale do Paraíba), according to the candidate's preference in registration act.
To behave better to the participants, the challenge marathon, Hackathon, takes place in two days, February 13th and 14th, from 8 am to 8 pm, at Johnson & Johnson in São José dos Campos. The third and final phase is an interview panel. Successful candidates start their activities in March.
In addition to the benefits of a Johnson & Johnson employee, those approved receive scholarships for language study or graduation.
When selected, professionals become part of Team Z, young people aged 18 to 25 years on average, who, for four years, will be part of a training and development program, based on four pillars: interpersonal and professional development, coaching , collaboration and training. Participants are assessed every three months.
