Continuing the activities of connection with the new government, ABES met with Joaquim Levy, president of BNDES, at the bank's headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, on February 15th. Francisco Camargo, executive president of the entity, Jamile Sabatini Marques, director of innovation and development, and Ricardo Rivera Rivera, department head of BNDES, attended the meeting.

The agenda of the meeting included data from the Brazilian Technology and Communication sector, the current lines of financing that the bank offers to the software sector, especially small and medium-sized companies, with suggestions for improving this work.

The ABES Integrity Program, formed by the updated Code of Ethics, the Policy for Interaction with Public Agents and the One Ethical Company Program were also presented to the new president of BNDES, in order to demonstrate that the association is engaged in the creation of a market based on transparency and the fight against corruption.
