Ipswitch, a North American company that develops and sells software solutions for network management and file sharing, with more than 100 million users worldwide, announced growth of 17% in operations carried out in the Brazilian market during the last semester , compared to the same period in 2013.

The increase in Ipswitch's local revenue is fundamentally due to the continuous deployment of the WhatsUpGold line of network monitoring solutions in local companies, added to the success of the recently launched Ipswitch Application Performance Monitor, a complementary tool that evaluates the performance of the applications used.

Present in Brazil for about ten years, the company has been registering an average of 15% in the annual growth rate, since 2008. And the good results lead the company, which has 100% of its sales made through the channel, to increase the number of resellers certified to work with your solutions.

Currently, Ipswitch maintains Network1 as a distributor in the country, in addition to seven active resellers. "As Ipswitch's exclusive distributor in Brazil, we can assure you that its solutions are excellent options for end users and companies of all sizes looking for secure ways to share files and ensure the good performance of their networks", says Walter Uzum, director of Network1.

"These channels are largely responsible for our growth in Brazil. Therefore, we intend to expand our local partnerships and consolidate a network of 15 Certified Gold Partners to offer a good service to the entire Brazilian market and reach the growth goals planned for the next years", evaluates Alessandro Porro, vice president of international sales at Ipswitch. "Our customers are equally distributed across the various sectors of the economy, including the areas of education, finance, health, technology, governments, manufacturing and retail, among others", says the executive.
