Pulse Entrepreneurs Welcome Taggen | disclosure

Taggen, a deeptech in the Internet of Things segment, has just announced its integration into Pulse, Raízen's innovation hub that connects startups to the integrated energy company's business opportunities. Located in Piracicaba (SP), Pulse completed 6 years in 2023 and currently has an extensive network of partners, including 58 startups, in addition to having a database with more than 1200 startups.

This partnership aims to promote the joint development of IoT solutions to optimize the management and efficiency of Raízen's processes, the largest integrated and vertical player in the world and a global reference in bioenergy production, with a broad portfolio of renewable products, including ethanol and biogas. Raízen is the third largest company by revenue in Brazil and its main businesses are the production of sugar and ethanol and the distribution of fuels.

Taggen is recognized for developing innovative projects for tracking and identifying assets and people in real time, with a package of solutions for different business verticals: agribusiness, automotive, healthcare, among others. A pioneer, the startup stood out with the development of TaggenBeacon, the first BLE beacon with Brazilian 100% technology, in addition to the development of gateways and the Link IoT platform, which offers high-level resources for processing and managing IoT devices, generating and storing data and preparation of management reports. Deeptech also develops projects with UWB (ultra wide-band), RFID and 5G technology.
