Telit presented at the Connected Smart Cities event, held at the beginning of the month in São Paulo, its newest cloud platform, which has as a differential the low or no cost for the investor. According to the company, deviceWISE makes it possible to create complex applications and guaranteed storage for the integration of different devices in the same place.

Another difference, compared to other solutions on the market today, is that the deviceWISE platform was made available without the need for traditional programming effort, which makes it possible to develop machine-to-machine (m2m) applications in hours instead of months. It is integrated with other Telit modules, making it easy to develop and launch applications for the Internet of Things.

"In February, we started selling our deviceWISE platform in Brazil. It is the most complete development platform for IoT solutions worldwide. The deviceWISE platform is the result of the acquisition of ILS, a leading American company in cloud platform services, ready to use, which connect IT systems to m2m devices and machines", comments Ricardo Buranello, Telit`s Latin America VP.

For this platform, Telit adopted the sales format called "pay-as-you-grow": any company can undertake, paying according to the growth of its idea in the market, giving the chance to connect any device to the needs of the customer, whether refrigerators, drawers or printers, with the purpose of knowing information about equipment maintenance, temperature, battery, among other data of interest to the consumer.

Buranello believes that today any object can connect to a device. "Creating innovative and economically viable solutions in a recessionary scenario is a way to innovate and bring disruption to people's lives. Telit's solution creates this interface between man and machine, with zero initial investment", concludes the VP.
