Applications for the fourth edition of the Ciab Febraban Award, aimed at technologies applicable to the financial sector, close on April 30th. Winners will be awarded R$ 12K for first place, R$ 8K for second place and R$ 5K for third place.
The theme proposed for the Ciab FEBRABAN Award 2013 is “Operational Efficiency”. The objective is to select works that contribute to operational efficiency, reducing the time or costs of banking activity processes.
Works developed individually or in groups of up to six people can be submitted. The main idea of the application will have to be sent in an electronic document, in the format of a video prototype with simulation and a maximum duration of five minutes. It is necessary to validate the work by a company, incubator or educational institution and to meet the requirements of “inventive activity, novelty, industrial application and no legal impediment”, according to the regulation, which together with the registration form, are available on the website. page www.ciab.com.br/premio.
